Operation Purple Camp Day FiveThe day began with Polar Bear Club, a pre wakeup dip in the Pool with hot chocolate and ended with a Camper Counselor Talent show that saw a range of talents from juggling, singing, comedy and more! Â In between the group undertook their community service project; turning some new boards for the rope bridge purple! One day remains and a lot of fun is still to be had! |

Operation Purple Camp Day FourDay 4 of Operation Purple Camp at Twin Creeks saw a fun day of regular activities with canoeing, zip line, baseball and more being played and taken part in during the day. Â After lunch cabins put the finishing touches to their cabin flags and presented them at flagpole in the evening. Â The flags will now be flown from each cabin for the remainder of OPC. Tomorrow a special event as well as a service project await our campers! |

Operation Purple Camp Day Three‘Military Day’ began with an informative and entertaining  presentation from Chaplain Reed of the Army National Guard and finished with a  Flag and Color ceremony by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corp.  In  between was a presentation from the DDR team that concluded with a sack race  in which campers wore ‘Drunk Goggles’ - very entertaining whilst delivering an  important message.  Tonight the younger campers will enjoy a pool party  while the older campers will be at canteen. |

Operation Purple Camp Day TwoDay 2 of Operation Purple Camp saw amazing weather, perfect conditions for swim tests and a host of ‘get to know you’ games.  Campers then participated in 2 periods of regular activities with tennis, mountain biking, climbing wall and much more! It was also Brandon’s 16th birthday so he and his cabin enjoyed a sweet treat at dinner! |

Operation Purple Camp Day OneThe first day of Operation Purple Camp was a great success, parents arrived throughout the day to glorious sunshine and the campers spent the afternoon getting to know their counselors and fellow campers.  After flagpole and dinner the opening campfire saw each cabin present a favorite campfire song before the evening concluded with a rendition of our alma mater “Country Roads.†|

Hampton Celebrates Her BirthdayToday Hampton Zobrist celebrated her 14th birthday. She received a Camp Twin Creeks birthday t-shirt and ice cream. |

A Camp Twin Creeks Car WashCampers spent the last full day of session four participating in various options this morning with their cabins. This afternoon Main Village and Senior Hill campers put on their swimming gear and washed up at Camp Twin Creeks very own camper car wash. Once they were all squeaky clean, cabins presented one last cabin cheer they wrote together. After a banquet dinner, everyone attended the closing campfire where they enjoyed their favorite camp songs and recognized campers and counselors who made the Polar Bear Club. |
